Biography

Faiza Osman has done PhD nutrition with training in epidemiology, bioethics, management development, program management, before completing her BSc. and MSc. in Food Science and nutrition; focusing in the areas of Infectious diseases, food safety ethics and regulations, clinical trials, GCP, GLP, refugee’s health, humanitarians and projects assessment and evaluation, Focal point in bioethics and human protection, international consultation in bioethics and nutrition. She has evaluated, assessed and trained people in their theses, being a field certified trainer from CADIT Canada. She has valuable experience working with: IAEA, UNICEF, EU, ISW, FAO, UNHCR, GOAL, ADRA, TDR, DNDI and other International organizations. She is also the Founder and head of nutrition, epidemiology and refugees’ health, Institute of Endemic Disease, University of Khartoum, Sudan. The main features of this facility are research, training and committee services with 15 years of quality experience.
